Executive Chef Chen Wei-Chiang of Le Palais personally leads the way in crafting the ‘Michelin Three-Star Private Dining Experience in the Sky.’ This exclusive in-flight menu includes a selection of exquisite appetizers, main courses, desserts, and snacks, featuring ten classic Le Palais delicacies. It will be offered on China Airlines’ European and North American routes across all cabin classes, catering to passengers in the luxurious business class, premium economy, and economy class. Travelers of all classes will have the opportunity to savor an exceptional culinary journey crafted by Michelin-starred chefs at 30,000 feet.
