Guests will savor authentic Matsu-style delicacies in a high-end dining setting for the very first time, showcasing the unique harmony of mountain and sea flavors. The event also shines a spotlight on the distinctive gastronomy of Lienchiang County, introducing it to the international fine dining stage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1413\">Palais de Chine has invited the teams from all seven Matsu restaurants to join the event in person, collaborating with Le Palais\u2019 culinary brigade.
