Fleur de Chine Hotel Awarded Silver Prize in the Ministry of Environment’s National Corporate Environmental Awards

On September 6th, the Ministry of Environment presented the 6th National Corporate Environmental Awards. Fleur de Chine Hotel, under FDC International, received the Silver Award and is the only hotel in its category to be honored. Through initiatives such as carbon footprint assessment, plastic reduction, and carpooling, the hotel has actively reduced its carbon footprint. Additionally, it has implemented an ISO-certified energy management system to enhance energy efficiency and invited guests to participate in carbon credit purchases and tree planting, aiming to achieve net negative carbon emissions from stays.

This year’s National Corporate Environmental Awards honored 66 companies, including 5 Gold Award winners, 25 Silver Award winners, 29 Bronze Award winners, and 7 finalists. Moreover, 3 companies received the Honorary Environmental Enterprise Award for winning Silver or above for three consecutive years. Additionally, 11 individuals were recognized with the Model Environmental Protection Specialist and Technician Awards.
